Travel is my passion. Having to map a new city, learn a language, fit myself in to a new place is what I live for. Aside from my own adventures, working in the wine business gave me opportunities to visit wine regions all over the world with some amazing people. But slow travel is the best. Early 2023, I sold off my furniture, put my paintings and my bicycle in storage and left the country. For the second time. I love a clean slate. I’m in constant dialogue with whatever kitchen I’m dealing with in whatever rental I’m staying in (people have the worst cookware) and writing about my experiences.
