In 2018, I partnered up to open Ravello Italian Kitchen in Watertown, MA. It barely survived all the drama with the first chef and then covid but it turned out to be a thriving little project and a lot of fun. I worked closely with my lead bartender, Jordan Pallozzola who went on to become the GM. We built shelves, painted the building, and created the bar program. The walls were filled with my partner’s paintings (davidselib.com). I’m not there any more but Ravello is.
